During July and August, live fitness classes pause.
This is a planned summer reset—a time to rest, integrate, and move more gently—without losing connection or momentum.
Your membership continues year-round, and during the summer months you still receive full access to:
The Strength for Life workout library, so you can move when and how it suits your schedule
Monthly wellness coaching and live support, offering guidance, reflection, and encouragement
Ongoing Flourish Circle content, aligned with seasonal themes and whole-person care
Optional summer challenges or gentle focus themes, when offered
