Who We Are

You’ll be supported by two faith-centered women who share a passion for helping women care for their whole selves through movement, wellness, and encouragement:

  • Susan Tetford (Well Now Fitness, Lewisporte)

  • Paula Woodfine (Tri-Fitness, Stephenville)

ecades of experience in fitness, nutrition, stress care, and breathwork — along with faith-rooted leadership grounded in Scripture and supported by evidence-based practices.

With over 30 years of combined coaching and teaching, our heart is to create a space where women feel safe, supported, and invited into restoration, strength, and flourishing.

✔️ We also carry professional liability insurance, First Aid & CPR/AED certification, and trauma-informed training, so every participant can feel cared for in both body and spirit.
