I’ve always believed that true strength goes far beyond the physical.
My journey began with movement, but over time it became a calling to support women in caring for their whole selves — body, mind, and spirit — through steady practice, thoughtful wellness, and faith-rooted guidance.
Well Now Fitness isn’t just a business. It’s a way of walking together through real life — with compassion, purpose, and support that meets you right where you are.
I believe your wellness is a sacred trust — something to be nurtured, not perfected.
Here, we focus on the steady work of becoming strong, well, and purposeful — one season at a time.


I struggle with chronic pain. Susan’s approach to fitness is holistic and that is very important for me. A consistent fitness routine with the phrase “You do you!” being emphasized has helped me overcome my self-conscious mindset.
