I'm a certified personal trainer, wellness educator, and woman of faith who helps women build strength, create healthy rhythms, and care for their whole selves.

Over the years, I've learned that lasting wellness isn't about perfection. It's about simple practices, meaningful support, and steady progress that fits real life.
