A portion of every enrollment supports Atlantic Hope Women’s Center in St. John’s, NL—a faith-based recovery home for women rebuilding their lives and overcoming addictions. Your journey to wholeness directly impacts another woman’s healing journey.

What exactly is the Flourish Circle?
The Flourish Circle is a monthly wellness membership for women who want simple, faith-infused strategies to keep growing in strength, health, and balance. It’s a supportive space where you’ll receive practical guidance, live encouragement, and ongoing connection—without the overwhelm of another social media group.
How does it work each month?
We follow a steady 4-week rhythm:
Week 1: Short video/message introducing the theme + 1–2 strategies
Week 2: Tip sheet or resource drop to make it practical
Week 3: Live coaching/Q&A call (with replays available)
Week 4: Wrap & reflect check-in to celebrate wins and reset for the next month
You only need 15–20 minutes a week to stay engaged and moving forward.
Do I need Facebook to join?
No. The Flourish Circle connects through Messenger or WhatsApp, not a Facebook group. That means no noisy feeds—just a simple, private chat space for real-time encouragement and sharing wins.
What if I can’t attend the live call?
No problem! Every coaching call is recorded, and you’ll always have access to the replay so you can catch up whenever it works for you.
