Frequently Asked Questions


What equipment do I need?

You will need an exercise mat, hand weights (2-3lbs to start), an exercise band with handles, and a 9 inch pilates ball. I have bands and balls available for purchase if needed.

Do I need to be on Facebook?

Facebook is not required. There is an optional Facebook community that is awesome to be a part of! However, I know some of my clients prefer not to be on Facebook. If that is you, no problem at all. I will email a link the day the class starts where you can access the classes on my website.

Do I need to do the classes online live?

No, you do not need to do the classes when they are live. The classes are recorded and posted each Thursday and Saturday morning, and you can do them as soon as they are posted. BUT, you are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you during the duration of the program.

What does 'lifetime access' to the classes mean?

The videos from virtual recordings are available after the program ends. You get to keep access to the classes forever. That way, you can repeat a class, catch up on a missed class, or even repeat the challenge in the future as often as you like!

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?


No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started. I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

How do I access the online workouts?

Once you purchase the program, you will be emailed a link to create an account for the platform where my classes will be posted. If you are attending virtual classes live you will be emailed a zoom link to join the class.
