Through our organization, Nurses Christian Fellowship Canada, a group of nurses and retired nurses participated in exercises, activities and discussions about Wellness under the care and leadership of Susan Tetford.
Susan is a retired teacher with a beautifully encouraging and supportive attitude and a strong belief that being well and feeling well is more than just physical and mental health. Susan’s approach is wholistic, and she links together our physical, mental and spiritual health through exercises, breathing and discussion; from a Christian perspective.
