Absolutely! That’s what the free consult is for—no commitment, just clarity.
Only the Strength for Life and Personal Training Programs are available virtually.
Not at all. Our programs are built to meet you where you’re at—whether you’re new, returning, or just easing in.
Strength for Life: Progressive strength-based group fitness for all levels
Gentle Strength: Slower-paced, supportive movement with mobility and stability focus
Strength + Support: One-on-one personal training + optional wellness coaching
You will need an exercise mat, hand weights (2-3lbs to start), an exercise band with handles, and a 9 inch pilates ball. I have bands and balls available for purchase if needed.
Facebook is not required. There is an optional Facebook community that is awesome to be a part of! However, I know some of my clients prefer not to be on Facebook. If that is you, no problem at all. I will email a link the day the class starts where you can access the classes on my website.
While you can access classes via a zoom call, you do not need to do the classes when we are live -- it's just more fun! The classes are recorded and posted each Thursday and Saturday morning, and you can do them as soon as they are posted. BUT, you are welcome to do the classes at a time that works best for you during the duration of the program.
No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started. I will guide you every step of the way. I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.
Once you purchase the program, you will be emailed a link to create an account for the platform where my classes will be posted. If you are attending virtual classes live you will be emailed a zoom link to join the class.
