am an ACE® certified Personal Trainer with a Specialist Program in Fitness Nutrition., a Revelation Wellness® certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Wellness Revelation certified facilitator.

12- Week Strength and Stability Program 

This exercise program will help prevent muscle loss and minimize stress on your body, so you can benefit from improved energy, increased strength, easier absorption of nutrients, prevention of weight gain,

and better blood circulation. 

What's Included?

  • 24 Fitness Classes focusing on improving your Strength, Stability, Balance, and Flexibility 

  • At-Home Strength Workout

 

  • Access to Recorded Zoom Sessions (Group Fitness Class)

  • Accommodations for ALL Fitness Levels

 

  • Modifications for Individuals With Specific Needs

VIRTUAL  FITNESS CLASSES

Location: Your Home 

Join live class online via Zoom 

Time: 7 PM NST

Mondays and Thursdays

  • Classes are recorded for acessibility later 

  • Note: only the instructor will appear in the screen in the recording

  • Fee $150 Now for the complete 12 week program or $55 monthly

 

NOTE: The Newfoundland Standard Time Zone (NST)is an hour and a half later than the EST zone

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (2 locations)

Location: St. Paul's Anglican Church Hall

Premier Drive

Lewisporte, NL, CANADA

Time: 7 PM NST

Mondays and Thursdays

  • Classes are recorded on zoom for accessibility later

  • NOTE: only the instructor will appear in the screen of the recording

  • Fee $150 Now for the complete 12-week progran or $55 monthly

Location: Greenwood Academy Gymnasium

Road to the Isles

Campbellton, NL CANADA

Time: 7 PM NDT

Wednesdays 

  • These classes are not recorded

  • Fee  $75 Total Cost

MODIFIED MOVEMENT
FITNESS CLASSES

Location: Die Trac Training Institute

Premier Drive

Lewisporte, NL CANADA

Time: 12:30 PM NST

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • No recorded classes

  • Slower pace and lower intensity level 

  • Best suited for  people with  chronic pain, injuries, or other conditions that limit range of movement while exercising

  • This class provides modified versions of exercises that will allow you to reap the benefit of balance, flexibilty, cardio, and strength training  in a safe and gentle way.
