 My name is Susan and I am thrilled to connect with you today.

am an ACE® certified Personal Trainer with a Specialist Program in Fitness Nutrition., a Revelation Wellness® certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Wellness Revelation certified facilitator.

This exercise program will help prevent muscle loss and minimize stress on your body, so you can benefit from improved energy, increased strength, easier absorption of nutrients, prevention of weight gain,

and better blood circulation.

Time: 12:30 PM NDT

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Two classes a week

  • No recorded classes

  • Slower pace and lower intensity level 

  • Best suited for either seniors or people with mobility issues

 

OR

OPTION 2:

 

Anglican Church Hall 

Premier Drive

Lewisporte, NL, CANADA

Time: 7 PM NDT

Mondays and Thursday

  • Two classes a week

  • Classes recorded for accessibility later

OPTION 1:

Time: 7 PM NDT

Mondays and Wednesdays

  • Two classes a week

  • Monday's class will be a virtual class via Zoom Link to the Lewisporte Location 

  • Wednesday's class is an in-person class at Greenwood Academy

  • Classes recorded for accessibility later

OPTION 2:

Time: 7 PM NDT

Wednesdays 

  • One class a week

  • In-Person at Greenwood Academy 

  • Fee  $75 Total Cost
